These Terms & Conditions govern the roofing services provided by RidgeTop Roofing. By booking a job with us, you agree to them.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation by email or message. Please provide accurate property address, access details, and a description of the work needed. You are responsible for the information you supply.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices for inspections and standard packages are quoted upfront. For repairs and replacements, a final price is confirmed after an on-site inspection and set out in a written quote before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding. Payment terms are stated on your confirmation.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit are refunded in full. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged a call-out fee, as we will have reserved a crew and materials for you.
4. Our Responsibilities
We will provide a licensed, insured, and properly trained crew, use quality materials appropriate to the job, and make every reasonable effort to complete the work safely, on schedule, and to the standard agreed in your quote.
5. Delays & Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, material shortages, or force majeure. For weather-sensitive work, we will reschedule and keep you informed of the new timing.
6. Site Access & Safety
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for the duration of the job. Our crew will take standard safety precautions, including site cleanup and a magnetic nail sweep after roofing work.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Workmanship warranties on completed jobs are stated in your quote.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
