These Terms & Conditions govern the chauffeur services provided by RidgeTop Roofing. By making a booking you agree to them.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation by email or message. Please provide accurate pickup and destination details, timings and passenger numbers. You are responsible for the information you supply.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted per hour and agreed before the journey. The rate quoted is the rate you pay; there are no meters or surge charges. Waiting time beyond the booked period, additional stops and tolls may be charged where applicable. Payment terms are stated on your confirmation.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are refunded in full. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full fare, as we will have reserved the car and chauffeur for you.
4. Our Responsibilities
We will provide a clean, insured and well-maintained vehicle with a licensed professional chauffeur, and we will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time and complete your journey safely and comfortably.
5. Delays & Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures or force majeure. For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must wear seatbelts and behave in a manner that does not endanger the chauffeur or the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted. The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger during the journey.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
